Abs (Insane)

Here's an insane abs workout plan:

1-Wheeled Abs-35 reps.

2-Triangle Abs-30 reps.

3-Crossed Abs-80 reps.

4-Lifting Bar Abs-25 reps. (each)

Repeat it and finish it with 35 Wheeled Abs.
